THE BATHANK ILEGAL

The Bathank Ilegal were an Indonesia Punk Rock Band that formed in the Purwodadi City, Central Java, Indonesia in 2008. Departing from the angry lyrics and music often associated with punk rock, the band was a major influence on the punk rock movement in the Grobogan, perhaps to a greater extent, in the Purwodadi city. The Bathank Ilegal worked within the aesthetics of punk to express a sense of angry and fun, with songs such as "Semangat Djoeang", "We are Bathank Ilegal", "Kami Masih Disini"
In their first incarnation 2008, The Bathank Ilegal included, singer and guitar Jhon Kacaw, guitar player Sakip, bass player Plinx, drummer Fatah. and sakep was replaced by Joel's Rawk in mid-2010.
In the second incarnation until now they, singer Joel's Rawk, lead guitar player Jhon Kacaw, bass player Plinx, and drummer Fatah. Under the management of "Sra Revolution Record". Their concerts repeatedly faced difficulties with organisers and local authorities, and often ended in mayhem.
In the early year 2011, Fatah left The Bathank Ilegal and Jhon and Joel's announced its break-up. Over the next several months,  at the end of the year 2013, Joel's, Jhon, Plinx, Sakip and Fatah reunited for the gigs on the show " Scream Liberty Loud # 5"
